How to Put Payload in Word Document

Hello,

I was wondering if I could hide a payload in a word document

I already heard of macro's But I dont like to use them so I was wondering if there was an other way

like putting the exe in the docx document and when the docx document is opened the payload is executed as well but its still keeping the .docx extension
