Most of them on youtube are viruses. but a few years ago you could use credit card generators and CC generators and theyd work too

Those are all fake you as if it was a credit card it needs to have the correct number and the correct digits next to the signature on the card. Also they are fake as a credit card is linked to a bank account and a bank account can't be generated with money it it. The same with most gift cards. Gift cards become activated once it has gone through the system of the person who you buy it from (Walmart, CVS, etc.). So no they are fake and if you do download one delete it and scan your computer.

Seconded. Credit cards are very complicated, and you can't just randomly generate them. Anything saying it is, is a trojan horse, run malwarebytes if you downloaded it.
