This seems very similar to trying to key-log a likely cheating gf/bf/husband/wife...
Also it sounds kind of strange you would want to know where he goes every evening O.o
Either way, tracking someone without them knowing or giving permission is not exactly legal (assuming same rule applies as does keylogging)
