You can look at some pages like coursera.org or edx.org- They have university courses sometimes. I started recently in taking these classes.

Tutorialspoint is an amazing site that has an online compiler for most common languages as well as tutorials from SAP to big data.
Coursea.org and edx.org are great. But i want to find a web where we can learn C by finishing many small projects and learning the syntax at the same time...I like small projects...
