Many time I read about populer websites got hacked by hackers.So I want to know how those blackhats access websites database like logins,personal info,etc and leak them to public,whats their benifite in that..?

Could be by weak password (of course) or by sql injection. There are a lottt of more attacks but I would say that sql is the strongest way to gain access to the database
They sell the data on a "certain market", and earn money...
