How Can I Completely Own a System with Easy Physical Access

I want have access to everything this guy does (keylogger, microphone, passwords, etc). He always leaves his computer logged in, so it's very easy to access, but in general i only have a small window of time to do it.

You can use rubber ducky or any kind of USB auto run virus and just plug it in then it will be an instant, but if the victim's computer is in the same network, you can easily hack also.

He is in the same network, could you elaborate? I'm kind of a noob here.

First of all what you are wanting to do is illegal. You must get permission from him. And if this is a workplace, you must also get permission from your boss/company. If you are found out, you will be terminated and possibly prosecuted.

It is your responsibility to abide by laws and if you use anything I say to break the law, I am not responsible.

The easiest solution is to create a malicious file, put on a flash drive and run the file. As long as you have everything set up correctly you will get access.
