How Can I test the "real" Internet speed that my ISP provides and how much I can get out of it.. It would be better if you can do it without using any online website.
And how to check if they blocks any webpage, hold back the internet maybe sometimes, or the information they get through the router ??

one way to test your real internet speed would obviously be speedtest.net but since you dont want to use a website you could test a torrent. https://btguard.com/test.torrent this gives you a pretty accurate representation. i dont know about finding blocked websites besides just running into them.
