And after that I get "FAIL!"
Anyone has any idea how to root it?
I am not sure if it's Exynos or Snapdragon. It's manufactured in Vietnam.

Try kingoroot it's easy and not need a pc or cable jst internet connection and a full battery
are you using Odin? which version? is the reactivation lock ON? if yes, turn it OFF and retry.
