Am trying to learn to learn how the hiddenEye using Termux works but whenever I type ''Yes, I do " To confirm license it sends back a message saying"you are not allowed to use this app without accepting license " But yesterday it accepted,. I posted a screenshot, Any help please

I am using hidden eye to create a phishing page but when it asks to select a server, only 3 servers are available off which two doesn't works properly. The last one local host works thou but the Local host url Doesn't opens in my windows pc. What shall I do to activate the other servers in hidden eye like open port and how can I open the localhost url which it gave me to sent to the victims account?
