Tools: Maltego, Lee Baird's Discover, OSINT Framework, the Harvester, dig, whois

Sites: Pipl, Public Records (local, state, federal), Division of Corporations, Tax Collector Office, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc), job boards (Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Dice, etc)

Google Hacking DB may be helpful, also.
