Help: How Can I Copy Files Over to Metasploitable from Kali Linux

I am practicing hacking my metasploitable, and I have created a meterpreter virus called englishpaper.pdf, but I can't figure out how to get it on my metasploitable. I don't want to make another VM that has a GUI so I can go and download it but I don't want to, I already had trouble downloading a windows VM and it was slow so I deleted it. I also couldn't run Kali at the same time because it had 4GB of ram and so does Kali, and my main machine only has 8 GB. Please help.

Hi all, I just downloaded Nmap (the full package) for win10 and installed it. While Zenmap is working without any problems, Nmap won't even open. The command line opens for a second and instantly closes again, I can't even get it to freeze at this point and it does not give any error message. Any Idea how to fix it? Already tried reinstalling it multiple times, looked up in the registry, the services but i can't find any valuable clues...

Hello! I have installed the driver: RTL8188EU for the TP-Link TL WN722N V2 network adapter. The wifi works, but when I'm trying to run the command airmon-ng there is no PHY and no Chipset and when I try to run the command airodump-ng mon0 i get an error.
