Sadly (fortunately?) this is not possible unless target phone enables obexftp via an external application. Old phones, like symbian, provided connectivity out of the box, leaving AT commands, phonebook, file pushing/pulling open to whoever was granted as 'trusted device'. This has been 'fixed' in android, removing the ability to perform such attack.
Too bad... AT was fun to play with.
