So I'm learning a few things, and I would want to know of useful sites to use and visit.

For example I know tuts4you, where I can find interesting tutorials on various different techniques, or there is the cheat engine forums where I can find CrackMes to practice, etc.

So what sites do you find useful for example for downloading files and tools?
