It's a college website, there should be a login page for students, right? Then you can use BruteForce or Cross-Site Request Forgeries(CSRF) and command Injection. If it is a php site, it would be way more easier, But the best way is to just physically access because it is a college, no one will be suspicious.

but you cant do all the hacking infront of a PC, have you watch Whoami, he hacks a school and make so a girl passes the final test
