So someone gave you a project without any instruction?
Try out codecademy to learn the basics of PHP. As for the more advanced parts, I guess you could try stackoverflow.

@JACK SEA: Its a project assigned to me by my web teacher , never said he DIDN'T gave me any instructions :p the problem is my concepts are weak i mean REALLY weak so share me some links where i can learn and clear my concepts ( like how to protect a PHP page so no unauthorized user can access any page of web. User (new) can sign up, (registered users can )edit profile info, upload photos etc. ADMIN can edit users info, delete them , make new users etc ). Any link to related topics will be a great help :)
@BYTEWIZ: Once i finished completing it i have to deploy it on a server so my teacher can check and grade it :)
