Nothing is anonymous, truly. You could probably look into TOR Hidden Services, though...
okay, but is there storage for direct download links that wont remove my files or flag them?
What kind of files are you wanting to store?
PNG's, Jpeg and Apks but the apk keeps being removed even tried dropbox and wikisend.
Perhaps try to compress the files before uploading them? If you wanted to anonymously store files, just create a new identity, use some proxies and then upload the files. Make sure the files don't have any information that can identify you.
