There's a difference between possible and probable. It is possible to hack an Android device without user interaction, however it's not probable. You must find a remote code execution vulnerability that you could exploit. It's not going to be easy to do, but it is possible.
Thanks for the answer. I already know this and I ment if there is not some public exploit to do this but I already find another way with user interaction. I simply created a payload and put it on Apache and the redirect all trafic to that server :)
Stagefright is a possibility. Otherwise, simply sending traffic to your server won't infect them unless they install your payload. For Android, they would need to install your infected Apk which means heavy social engineering tricks is required especially since installing apps outside of the play store is blocked by default.
