I wanted to extract direct playable link (to play with vlc) of favourite tv channel from a TV app called Tata Sky Mobile app. How to accomplish this. Any suggestions??

try to get the streaming link from the app and paste it into vlc in streaming option
but how to get, is the problem?
Use Internet Download Manager to find the rtmp URL, then paste that URL back into VLC to stream it; Control+N within VLC.
can u pls elaborate? this is an .exe app file.
