Forum Thread: How many clients are using a particular AP?

I was wondering in wireless penetration testing how could i possible know that how many clients are using a particular AP? In my AP i am using several devices simultaneously. By which tools i can identify all those. Thank you for helping.

you can try a nmap or GUInterface for nmap called zenmap if you want to scan your own AP,or you can use aircrack-ng suit to check how many clients are connected to a specific AP.

There are many tools available to do this. Here are some tools:

  2. Netdiscover
  3. Xprobe2
  4. Autoscan
  5. Hunt
  6. Network Miner
  7. Zmap
  8. Create a Script ( Python Recommended )
