Forum Thread: Hacking Wifi (WPA/WPA2) On Windows

can anyone plz help me to hack wifi on windows… not everybody uses kali linux, also i have a macbook (so i can install kali only in VM and it does not support wifi adapter)

plz help...

To hack wifi, you will need aircrack-ng and an aircrack-ng compatible wireless adapter.

OTW

you can connect USB devices to your VM just like connecting them to a physical machine.

I use a "TP-LINK TL-WN822N 300 Mbps High Gain Wireless N USB Adapter" and connect it to my Kali Linux setup in VirtualBox and it works out of the box.

One thing i can suggest is that you can use VirtualBox to create your Kali VM and use your external USB WiFi adapter connecting it to VM.
