Can You Install Malware Through Bootable USB Stick?

I recently heard about ophcrack and I think it was a great concept.

So I started searching for a similar tool for installing malware automaticly (I know you can do it through Linux but I wanted to do it in the shortest time possible)

But sadly I have been able to find any such project, do any of you guys know any projects like this?

To clarify: By installing malware automaticly I mean that the computer boots up from the USB, runs/installs the malware and reboot back into windows.
