I want to know that ,is it possible to control Wi-Fi router completely from ubuntu terminal. I am talking about controlling everything ,as I do in laptop or computer modern.

If you have a shell on the router, then yes. Depending on the router some will allow you to SSH into them and work with them. Others you may have to hack and priv escalate. Others you may need to flash with different firmware.
