it is metasploit's banner. don't worry about it. You will see (randomly selected) different banners, every time you open msfconsole
It's just a banner! Msf provides many beautiful banners , to access them you can enter "banner" command in Msf console again and again and it will show you many banners.Select whatever you want.

Hey guys I have a big problem I wanted to hack my Android my phone I have created all the things need and when I used to run metasploit despite of getting meterpreter it's again showning me msf exploit handler in bracket
the magic word is thankyou (maybe)
so you just need to type msfconsole thankyou
I think that's just a easter egg, cuz you not need to do that if you want
