I want to do the "Social engineering attack on fluxion" but can u please tell me, how many wireless adapter I need? And will (Alfa AWUS036NH) this one work?

You can use any WiFi to connect to the internet and then you'll need one of these to preform the attack.

alfa awus036ach is the best one currently

Yep, you can do it with a single adapter, but yours will only work with 2.4ghz routers. Hope this helps
