Metasploit Forensics Framework is a set of scripts used in conjunction with Metasploit to find evidence of intrusion via Metasploit.

can we evade it?

The issue is not evasion. It is not a security device to evade, but instead the issue is to not leave any evidence behind.

Quite frankly, this is a POC tool. I have NEVER seen anyone in the forensics business using it.
