coming straight forward to my problem
when i can ran aircrack-ng in the system the following error came
it seems i couldn't use my laptops network adapter for scanning networks
as i did saw in my settings that it cant access my wifi adapter
is there any solution...please help....

I ran into the same issue with my Kali VM. I found that VM workstation was not seeing my wireless card. I had the problem on 2 different laptops. My work around was a little simple, I partitioned my drive and installed Kali there. Granted I have to reboot to access anything but it made it easier to connect my WiFi adapter and Pineapple. I'm still working on getting VM ware to see my WiFi card and adapter.
