Vitual Box External Wifi Adapter Connected but Still Kali Linux Say No Network Found ?

My Alfa wifi card catch wifi signal in Windows 10 , when i install kali linux in oracle virtual box then connect my alfa wifi adapter to virtual box then i open kali linux it was showing my alfa card there , in terminal when i type airmon-ng , they will show wlan0 and my alfa card name ,

so my alfa wifi card connected in virtual box but they will not catching any wifi signalthere even i type airodump-ng wlan0mon , signal empty there

how to fix this ?
