- delete the pyinstaller folder from /usr/share/
- download pyinstaller from https://github.com/pyinstaller/pyinstaller/releases/download/v3.1.1/PyInstaller-3.1.1.tar.gz
- extract pyinstaller to /usr/share/ folder
- rename PyInstaller-3.1.1 folder to pyinstaller
- cd /usr/share/pyinstaller
- python setup.py install
- cd /usr/share/veil-evasion/config
- python update.py
